10 Things to Think about when Considering the Possibility
1. Has there been a problem in remembering appointments, important dates, family commitments?
2. Has there been difficulty in performing familiar tasks, like doing the dishes, cooking, washing the car, cutting the grass?
3. Is one failing to take initiative and sleeping more, not exhibiting interest in things that interested them in the past?
4. Not been in touch with where they are or what time of day or day of the week it is?
5. Have there been lapses in judgment, especially in regard to the use of money or safe driving?
6. Have there been problems with abstract thinking and the ability to understand concepts?
7. Have there been difficulties with language, speaking or understanding?
8. Has there been an issue with things frequently being misplaced or lost?
9. Have you noticed mood changes, irritability, depression or episodes of anger or tears, wide mood swings?
10. Have you noticed personality changes, withdrawn when once outgoing, anxious or suspicious?
