To help people with Alzheimer's disease, their families and caregivers, our services include:
Information & Guidance
- A Telephone Helpline
- Education and training programs for family and professional caregivers. View our Events Calendar for upcoming programs
- Referrals to local resources including nursing homes, assisted living facilities and day care programs
- Information about home care (nursing and companion services)
- A lending library including a mobile library of books, brochures, articles, and DVDs about Alzheimer's disease
- Our newsletter containing information about treatment, caregiving topics and a Cape-wide calendar of Alzheimer's programs and list of support groups

- Private consultations with patients and families
