Lace up your sneakers and join us in May for the 18th Annual Cape Cod "Miles of Memories" Walk for Alzheimer's Services. This is your opportunity to make a difference in our community! All funds raised remain in the greater Cape Cod and Islands region to support programs and services for people with Alzheimer's disease, their families and caregivers.

Honor your loved one - Support each other and Walk for Alzheimer's Services.  On behalf of our many friends and neighbors who are dealing with this devastating illness, we hope that you might walk with us in support of Alzheimer's Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, Inc. Gather friends, family or coworkers and walk as a team or join the hundreds of walkers by registering as an individual.
